Took part in a webinar with #GaryThomas (his book is called Virtual Disaster) yesterday to talk about working virtually. Of course, we began by comparing notes on our work situation and the Coronavirus.
One of the things he said sticks in my head: he said “Well, we seem to be getting past the blame game and into connecting with each other and looking for results”.
I wondered, “is this what we always do? Look for someone to blame?” Can we name it the “blame bias”? On that note, I’m posting #PDTGlobal‘s video on #coronabias. #dowealwaysblame?
Let’s learn to deal with ambiguity, or what we cannot yet define.
