Of course, we began by comparing notes on our work situation and the Coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the things he said sticks in my head: he said \u201cWell, we seem to be getting past the blame game and into connecting with each other and looking for results\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wondered, \u201cis this what we always do? Look for someone to blame?\u201d Can we name it the \u201cblame bias\u201d?
